Square valves heavy series

Applications

The heavy square valve is designed for the cement-plant field,  it's usually made with anti-wear materials as Hardox 400 and often used in heavy applications.

Available ranges

The sizes start from 400x400mm up to 2500x2500mm. Higher sizes are also available on request. The provided thickness are between 6 and 20 mm.  All the produced valves are equipped with the connection for both pneumatic and electrical working.

Materials

These valves are made with Fe coated by Hardox, AISI 304 or AISI 316.

Temperatures

The operating temperatures  reach 700°C, and the pressure can reach 1000mmH2O.
