Main features

The soundproof cabin is useful in the industrial field,  for the soundproof of  fans, generators, burners and various machines. Rimor cabins, elegant and versatile, are able to cut down the noise of machines  and, simultaneously, they  guarantee the  correct ventilation of the cabin.

For generators

The soundproof cabins for synchronous and asynchronous generators are able to cut down the noise produced by generators with coupled turbines.

MarelliMotori generators

The generators are produced according to the standards IEC 60034-1; CEI EN 60034-1; BS 4999-5000; VDE 0530, NF 51-100, 111; M-10; NEMA MG 1.22; generators according to UL 1446 e UL1004B are also available, but only upon request. The vibration level follows the 60034-14 standards and the machines can operate at 50Hz and 60Hz. The generators have a brushless excitation system. They are equipped with a voltage regulator. The voltage regulator Marelli MEC100, for a standing alone operation or in parallel with the main, is also available. Rimor also provides, only upon request, systems or soundproof casings.

Rimor Silent

The soundproof material called Rimor Silent is a compound of flameproof carbon, inert plastic materials and fibres alloyed with additional flameproof compounds. It's a long-lasting material and it has been used for years in several applications. Rimor has produced a version of it suitable for industrial machines and provided with adequate consistency and thickness for any version.  The Rimor Silent material is certified "Ed2" for fire resistance in according  with the European directive in force.
