They’re asynchronous three-phase motors made for working in difficult conditions, where the ventilation is limited. The construction standards are: : IEC 60034, IEC 60072-1, EN 50347c.

Naval registers certifications

On request, it’s possible to obtain the certification from various International registers, among which we find: 
RINA: Italian naval registry LR: Lloyd’s Register of shipping GL: – Germanischer Lloyd; BV - Bureau Veritas RMRS - Russian maritime register of shipping DNV - det Norske veritas;
KR - Korea register of shipping;
CCS – China corp. register of shipping;
ABS – American bureau of shipping

The construction ways

Using aluminium or cast iron case , we have executions for low, medium ad high voltage. The available powers start from 0.5kW up to 5MW.

Applications

They are usually mounted on: fans, pumps, blowers, propellers, compressors, engine rooms, devices for the helm control, oil separators, elevators, drive propellers control.
